Arbue Services SA offers services of Port Agents at any sea and river port in Argentina, including the offshore terminals and lightering areas.
We cover all branches on the activity, and have a great expertise with Heavy Lifts, Tankers, Container Carriers and Cruise vessels.
The scope of services being offered includes coordination and contraction of pilotages, boats, moorings, tugboats, surveys and inspections, stevedoring, holds cleaning, free of gas certifications, dealing with the local authorities, shippers and receivers, class societies and insurance companies; crew changes, crew medical, crew hiring; general provisions and refuelings; customs clearance of in-transit spare parts; customs clearance and trucking of transit cargoes; and many others.
The headquarters, located in Buenos Aires, serve the harbours of Buenos Aires, Dock Sud, Zárate and Campana, as well as the international airport of Ezeiza. Agency operations at other ports are supervised from these headquarters as well.
Our first branch, located in Ushuaia, serves the local harbour, the port at Rio Grande, the offshore oil terminals at Rio Cullen and San Sebastian, and the Beagle Channel and Antarctica.

We hold pricing agreements with the major local suppliers of services to ships (pilots, tugboats, stevedoring, etc.).
Those above mentioned conditions allow us to offer first-line services at a competitive cost.
The disbursements are processed at the Buenos Aires headquarters.
